I installed Khmer Dictionary. However, when I opened it, this message popped up:
The Application failed to initialize properly (0×000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.
What does this message mean? What am I going to do to get rid of this problem? Please help me!

Check if .netframework was installed first in your system.
If not google it and download the latest one which shall be 3.5.

Not because .Net framwork I also meet this problem before and it is because our computer may be attacked by viruses! and it will never make all the programs which need .Net framework work correctly! Try to format your window and reset up a good window source one!

Are there any other ways to do that without having to reinstall windows? I installed it once, but there’s still problem, and I cannot scan any virus out with antivirus program.

Which khmer dictionary you are installing?
I used to download a multi-language dictionary from http://babiloo-project.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page/kh which is recommended by http://khmerpython.wordpress.com blog. It also does not work and the same msg alert. I don’t know what’s wrong.

I know what’s the problem now. It’s the virus; it attached itself with as many applications as possible. So, as the last resort, I reinstalled my windows, setup norton, update the lastest definition and scanned it last night. I got about 36 viruses! Now everything’s fine. Thanks for all of you who have been of very much help.

So far I’ve installed this application on more than 10 machines, without any issue.
I can’t you provide you a specific answer, although I think you should make sure you’ve Microsoft .Net Framework installed on your machine.
